In dieser vielseitigen Position führen Sie eigene Projekte im Bereich Lean, Operational Excellence sowie Digitization inkl. Project Monitoring/Administration Ihres Unternehmens (Globale Business Unit, Operations
- und Produktionsumfeld). Zudem übernehmen Sie PMO Aufgaben in der Organisationsentwicklung, resp. der Weiterentwicklung der globalen Projektmanagement Organisation (z.B. Erarbeitung Konzepte/Lean-Initiativen, Optimierung Strukturen Project Mgt Organisation und Schnittstellen zum Project Controlling). In enger Zusammenarbeit mit diversen internen Stellen (Manufacturing, Finance, QM, HR, IT etc.) erarbeiten/implementieren Sie kontinuierliche Verbesserungsprozesse, optimieren interne Abläufe und stehen den Linienverantwortlichen und dem Management als kompetente Ansprechperson im OPEX Umfeld zur Verfügung. Sie koordinieren Projektteams, führen Schulungen und Workshops mit Mitarbeitenden durch - u.a. im Bereich Digitalisierung Globaler Prozesse (Produktionsumfeld als auch Administration). In dieser Funktion arbeiten Sie auch eng mit den Divisionsleitern sowie lokalen Entscheidungsträgern an diversen Standorten zusammen.
