**R&D Finance Manager (80 - 100%)**:

**Your role and responsibilities**:

- Serve as Finance Business Partner to EL CTO as well as EL Division Technology Managers.
- Assure high level quality related to APP, 5QRF and Actual reporting.
- Review and analysis of monthly ABACUS reporting and initiate corrective actions in collaboration with Division CFOs and Division Technology Managers.
- Focus on Technology Ownership related topics affecting CHTET in M&A activities.
- Manage CHTET monthly closing on behalf of Electrification Business and be main speaking partner to CHTET Operations Manager to assure and continuously improve common R&D processes across all Business Areas.
- Collaborate with CHTET Tax and legal responsible with regards to any agreements related to Electrification: ABB internal and external License Agreements, R&D Standard Frame Agreements, Third Party Cooperation Agreements.
- Financial oversight for Electrification related Research Center activities.
- Ensure high quality of financial data and business information, in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules.
- Ensure transparency in financial reporting and disclosures.
- Ensure timely and efficient communication with relevant internal customers to identify and discuss issues for improvement of operations, work quality, and efficiency for their area of responsibility.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Master's degree in business administration, finance, or accounting
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Controlling roles
- Track record of execution and delivering results in global environment
- Deep understanding of R&D accounting, customer funding & changes in A&RP, government funding, IP Ownership management
- Hands-on mentality and the ability to work independently and proactively
- Ability to multitask and work with multiple stakeholders from different function/business
- Fluent in English
