- Lead the creation of new business models and partnerships to strengthen our market position
- Develop and scale business models, with a focus on SaaS and AI-driven solutions
- **Your Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the development and deployment of our product ensuring market alignment on B2B as well as B2C
- Recruit and retain top talent while driving team building and culture development to create a collaborative, agile, and high-performing startup environment
- Oversee the company’s operational efficiency, financial health, and regulatory compliance
- Foster a strong, transparent relationship with the Board of Directors, ensuring clear communication of financial and operational performance against goals
- Remain attuned to trends and shifts in AI, SaaS, and Recruiting tech, ensuring the startup remains at the forefront of the industry
Ihr Profil
- Proven leadership experience in C-Level or equivalent role of at least 5 years, ideally within Saas, AI or Recruiting tech
- Experienced in driving a fast-growing international scale-up to success, showing the necessary combination of agility and dedication
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset: innovative, proactive, and growth-driven
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, coupled with strategic business acumen
- Be able to handle the pressures and stress while still confidently leading the company and maintaining a positive can-do attitude towards those around you
- Dynamic in creating solutions, understanding market shifts, and guiding the team
- Strong project management, and decision-making skills
- Ability to cultivate business opportunities and strategic partnerships effectively
- Excellent verbal and written German and English skills
