HR Administrator

At our site in Cham we are looking to recruit an

**HR Administrator (f/m/d)**

maternity leave coverage DEC 2024-OCT 2025 - with potential permanent contract following

**The Role**
- Serving as a primary point of contact for employees for HR-related matters
- This position will report to the HR Director
- Administering HRIS system and Time Tracking system
- Assisting in administering (pensions funds, work permits, contracts, insurance), payroll, and employee performance programs
- Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding
- Supporting on recruitment processes
- Organizing learning & development initiatives
- Creating necessary HR-related communication
- Promoting Corporate HR programs and ERGs
- Supporting with administrative tasks around performance management and talent review
- Gathering and analyzing data with HR metrics
- Min. 3 years of HR experience (or similar experience, covering tasks above)
- Excellent language proficiency in English and good level of German (both written and verbal)
- Basic knowledge of employment/labor laws in Switzerland
- Very good knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Proactive, service-oriented approach, collaborative and mindset
- Excellent prioritization skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving, able to connect the dots
