At our site in Cham, we are looking to recruit an

HR Administrator (f/m/d)

maternity leave coverage DEC 2024-OCT 2025 - with potential permanent contract following

The Role

• Serving as a primary point of contact for employees for HR-related matters
• This position will report to the HR Director
• Administering HRIS system and Time Tracking system
• Responsible for administering pensions funds, work permits, contracts, insurance, payroll, and employee performance programs
• Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding
• Supporting on recruitment processes
• Organizing learning & development initiatives
• Creating necessary HR-related communication
• Promoting Corporate HR programs and ERGs
• Supporting with administrative tasks around performance management and talent review
• Gathering and analyzing data with HR metrics

The candidate

• Min. 3 years of HR experience in Switzerland (or similar experience, covering tasks above)
• Further Training as HR Fachfrau/Mann or HR Assistance nice to have
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws in Switzerland
• Very good knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
• Excellent language proficiency in English and good level of German (both written and verbal)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Proactive, service-oriented approach, collaborative mindset
