**Tasks**:

- responsible for the operational setup and monitoring of the information and physical flow of finished goods in our system, to ensure the availability of the product for the end customer.
- responsible for planning-relevant master data parameter maintenance for the fin-ished goods in the subsidiaries but also in the central warehouse.
- ensure goods availability at subs and headquarter, monitor and optimize the inventory considering overall inventory targets (DoH)
- single point of contact for our subsidiaries for the dedicated portfolio
- ensure stable partnerships and constructive collaboration with our internal or external suppliers.
- collaborate with internal teams e.g. Distribution, Warehousing, Regulatory, Pricing and Manufacturing Supply Chain.
- communicate effectively with the functions and departments at headquarter, subsidiaries, and production sites providing necessary inputs to proactively act upon challenges
- familiar with supply chain processes and related documents in SAP, such as purchase orders and sales orders to ensure the accuracy of system documents at all times
- drive continuous improvement of operational activities while upholding the highest quality standards during their execution
- familiar with basic programming instructions to understand and jobs running in SAP.
- Train and coach new staff members and subsidiaries regarding supply chain processes at headquarter, production sites, and subsidiaries
- Work according to necessary procedures to guarantee the execution of the supply chain activities according to GxP standards

The function is based at the company’s Headquarter in Basel and does not require frequent traveling, but on-demand basis as per business needs

**Profile**:
Education & Professional Experience
- Experience of min. 3 years in supply chain or logistics background in similar position
- Degree in logistics / supply chain
- Ability to work in an international environment with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work in centralized function dealing with diversity (different functions, expectations, cultures, languages, etc.)
- Fluent English and German spoken and written, other languages are an asset
- MS Office proficient with professional skills in particular in Excel
- Experience in SAP with SD and MM modules, experience in BI Reporting is an asset
- Experience in coding and / or data science is a strong asset.
- Experience in a Demand Driven MRP operating model is an asset
- Experience in SAP queries and batch job handling desirable
