Für unsere Tochtergesellschaft Stardrinks AG suchen wir zur Stärkung unseres Kundenservice Center in Winterthur nach einen dynamischen und innovativen Team Lead Process Optimization & Value Creation.

Als Teamleader:in bist du für die Prozess Optimierung und das Generieren von Mehrwert verantwortlich, um unsere Kundenerfahrungen zu verbessern. Du bist eine energiegeladene, und offene Persönlichkeit. Du bist in der Lage, dir einen Überblick über alle Prozesse zu verschaffen und innovative Lösungen zu finden. Du hilft uns, effizienter zu arbeiten und unser Kundenerlebnis kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Du verstehst es, mit allen Beteiligten zu kommunizieren und zusammenzuarbeiten, von der Produktion bis zum Management, und hast die Fähigkeit, Probleme und Lösungen aus verschiedenen Blickwinkeln zu betrachten. Für das operative Geschäft steht dir ein kleines, Team, bestehend aus zwei Analysten (total 120% Pensum), zur Seite.

Folgende Schwerpunkte bilden die **Hauptaufgabe **dieser Stelle:

- Stetige Prozessverbesserung und -optimierung, sowie Entwickeln von neuen Kunden Service Center Prozessen zur Erhöhung der Produktivität.
- Sicherstellung eines effizienten Managements der Kunden und internen Stellen und der operativen Qualität vom Eingang der Bestellung, über die Lieferung der Produkte, bis zur Rechnungsstellung.
- Antreiben von unserer Kundenzufriedenheitsumfrage und Analyse und Präsentation der Resultate.
- Anstossen und Management von Projekten, die unsere Kundenzufriedenheit verbessern.
- Förderung eines digitalisierten und datengesteuerten Teams und Abteilung, um funktionsübergreifende Projekte zu unterstützen.
- Coaching der Mitarbeiteden und Stakeholder in Projektmanagement, Analyse und Reporting (PowerBI).
- Administrative, operative und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von 2-3 Mitarbeitenden
- Wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Logistik und Verkauf und ein zuverlässiger Berater des Managers Kunden Service.

Um diese spannende Aufgabe erfolgreich zu erfüllen, erwarten wir folgende **Voraussetzungen**:

- Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Umfeld, von Vorteil in der FMCG-Industrie.
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung von Vorteil (FH/Universität).
- Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten gepaart mit ausgezeichnetem Kommunikationsverhalten und Durchsetzungsvermögen in einem dynamischen Umfeld.
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit abteilungsübergreifenden Stakeholdern.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Bereits Erfahrung mit Microsoft Power Bi von Vorteil.
