**Your responsibilities**:
The advertised position entails the following teaching duties:

- A Master's level course dedicated to intellectual property (patent law, copyright, trademark law, design law, etc.) of 2 hours/year;
- A Master's level course on intellectual property in relation to digital technology, 2 hours/year;
- Other teaching duties at Bachelor's, Master's or Continuing Education’s level to be developed, in consultation with the School's Management, in the fields of the position advertised and/or corresponding to the skills of the person selected and the needs of the School, or supervision of Bachelor's level dissertations.

The appointee will also be responsible for developing research projects in the field, and supervising dissertation and doctoral work. She/he is expected to develop collaborations within the Law School, the Faculty and other faculties of the University of Lausanne.

**Your qualifications**:
A legal education, a PhD as well as teaching and research experience in the fields relevant to the position are required.
