**Ihre Hauptaufgaben**:

- Teilprojektleitung von Kundenprojekten während der Entwicklung und Einführung neuer Produktvarianten
- Planung, Organisation, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Verifikationen und allgemeinen Tests
- Auswertung von durchgeführten Verifikationen und Tests sowie Definition und Koordination der notwendigen Optimierungen
- Unterstützen bei der Einführung der Produkte in die Produktion
- Planen und durchführen der Product Development Arbeiten in Kunden-Projekten gemäss internen Vorgaben und dem aktuellen Stand der Technik
- Erstellen von technischen Dokumenten während des Entwicklungsprozesses gemäss internen Vorgaben
- Arbeitsverteilung unter den Mitarbeitenden im Product Development Projekt-Teams nach Vorgabe
- Fachliche Betreuung von Product Development Projekt-Team

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Ingenieur/in FH/ETH/TU idealerweise im Bereich Maschinenbau/Mikrotechnik/Medizintechnik
- Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung. Industrieerfahrung und Know-How in der Medizintechnik von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte vernetzte und bereichsübergreifende Denk
- und Handlungsweise
- Hohe Selbstständigkeit, Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Erfahrung im Erstellen von technischen Dokumenten
- Professionelle Lösungskompetenz
- Fliessende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
