**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborating with various internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Cold calling potential new clients and business partners
- Giving online presentations to clients and business partners about our products and services
- Follow up with potential clients about the services to close the potential client
- Researching industry trends and providing feedback to colleagues about client strategy or new sales opportunities
- Ensure clients adhere to contract terms
- Managing the admission process and schedules
- Building trustful relationships with key employees among clients
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Managing the discharge process
- Preparing offers and invoices, tracking payments
- Preparing reports and statistics as required

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of client-facing experience in the healthcare sector and experience in selling complex products or services
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent oral and written English is a must; Arabic, French, German, Russian or any other language a plus
- Experience in luxury sector and with UHNWI is a plus
- Experience in selling to international clientele and convincing clients to make high investments into their own health and wellbeing
- Caring personality with a strong interest in supporting clients to make sustainable live changes
- Strong self-discipline and work ethic, absolute confidentiality a must
- Welcoming and active listener - confident on the phone to expertly navigate, guide and influence the conversation
- Motivated by individual achievement and contribution while maintaining a team mentality
- A strong contributor - excited to find new ways to improve our innovative care services using client feedback and cross-team collaboration

For this position, we can only consider Swiss nationals, EU citizens or professionals possessing a valid Swiss Residency permit.
