Key Account Manager Internal Medicine (M/F/d)

Westschweiz, Bern, Basel

This is what you can look forward to:
Responsible for demand generation based on an understanding of the needs of the account, and the ability to service and connect account level customers to meet agreed business objectives. N(AMS) are expected to represent Pfizer to senior/executive-level stakeholders at major organizations including Hospital Groups, Pharmacy Chains, Wholesalers and other organized customers, have an expert understanding of contracting and tenders and understand the overall Pfizer portfolio.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify Customers ( key accounts with a strategic business value), incl. decision making / influencing network
- Connect and communicate multiple insights from various ( internal and external) stakeholders to develop an account plan of action
- Disseminate information via multi
- and omnichannel communication in the customer target group via the customer preferred channel
- Ensure customer service and support by engaging with customers through both in-person and virtual interactions
- Problem-solve complex account/ institution challenges related to billing and product procurement with stakeholders
- Analyze current contracts, identify opportunities and execute contracts with customers.
- Respond to customer requests by connecting with cross functional team to provide responses and input.
- Arrange meetings to support communication and education related to our disease areas
- Bring customers together to progress areas of mutual interest related to our therapy areas (eg to establish and optimize cross-sectoral and cross-specialty referral structures)
- Present account action plan and get buy-in from senior leadership
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior/executive-level stakeholders at major organizations including Hospital Groups, Pharmacy Chains, Wholesalers and other organized customers,
- Develop expert understanding of how organized customers procure medicines, including tenders and contracts

- 10+ Years of professional experience in healthcare key account management
- Driver’s License
