**Objectives**:
Contribute to the store’s business through excellent clienteling and the achievement of KPI targets (conversion rate, cross-selling, AVT, upselling, strategic zoning).

**Responsibilities**:
**Client Relations**:
Manage the client experience within the boutique.
Create desire and emotional engagement with customers.
Engage loyal and potential clients according to a weekly plan defined by store management.
Deliver an impeccable luxury service throughout the entire customer journey (pre-sale, welcoming, understanding the client, product presentation, closing, and follow-up).
Focus on client development, retention, and recruitment of new potential clients.
Maximize all sales opportunities including walk-ins, private appointments, and phone consignments.
Actively participate in one-on-one sales routines.
**Operations & Visual**:
Handle all sales and post-sales activities (returns, end-of-season processes, repairs, complaints).
Ensure proper product maintenance and sales floor restocking.
Maintain a detailed knowledge of inventory across all categories to optimize replenishment and sales.
Follow operational and administrative procedures diligently.
Collaborate with the In-Store Visual Merchandising team to follow VM guidelines and provide feedback to store management.
When no Operations figure is present, actively participate in operational tasks (shipping/receiving, etc.).
