Wir suchen einen motivierten und dynamischen Junior Project Manager, um die Eröffnungsprojekte unserer neuen Restaurants zu betreuen und sicherzustellen, dass jeder neue Standort unseren hohen Standards und unserer Vision von Exzellenz entspricht.

Junior Project Manager

Ihre Aufgabe wird es sein, die besonderen Bedürfnisse der Gruppe Luigia sorgfältig zu analysieren und die Baustellen unserer neuen Restaurantöffnungen sowie eventuelle Änderungen an bestehenden Restaurants zu betreuen. Der ideale Kandidat wird eine starke Leidenschaft für Projektmanagement, hervorragende organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit besitzen, effektiv in einem dynamischen und sich schnell verändernden Umfeld zu arbeiten.

VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN:

- Koordination und Überwachung des gesamten Lebenszyklus der Projekte im Zusammenhang mit neuen Restaurantöffnungen und Änderungen an bestehenden Restaurants.
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Fristen und des zugewiesenen Budgets.
- Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu externen Unternehmen, um die Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit der durchgeführten Arbeiten zu gewährleisten.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und internen Teams, um die Einhaltung der Zeitpläne, Qualität und Konformität der Arbeiten gemäß den Anforderungen der Geschäftsleitung sicherzustellen.
- Überwachung des Fortschritts der Arbeiten durch regelmäßige Inspektionen auf den Baustellen und sofortige Intervention zur Lösung eventuelle Probleme oder Verzögerungen.
- Erstellung und Präsentation regelmäßiger Berichte über den Fortschritt der Projekte.
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsvorschriften auf den Baustellen.
- Teilnahme an Projektbesprechungen und Förderung der Kommunikation zwischen allen beteiligten Parteien.
- Unterstützung des Teams bei der Erstellung und rechtzeitigen Aktualisierung der Projektdokumentation, einschließlich Genehmigungen, Zertifizierungen und Zulassungen.

ANFORDERUNGEN:

- Abschluss in Ingenieurwesen, Architektur, Projektmanagement oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement oder auf Baustellen (vorzugsweise).
- Hervorragende organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Zeitmanagement.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten.
- Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten und enge Fristen einzuhalten.
- Kenntnis der schweizerischen Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der italienischen und deutschen Sprache; Kenntnisse der französischen Sprache sind ein Vorteil.
- Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement-Software (z. B. Microsoft Project).
- Fähigkeit zur Nutzung von CAD-Tools.
- Bereitschaft zu häufigen Reisen, um Baustellen an verschiedenen Standorten zu betreuen.
