**Deine Rolle**:
In dieser Schlüsselposition als Teamleiter_in für Produktkonformität und Qualitätssicherung im DACH-Raum spielen Sie eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Gewährleistung höchster Qualitätsstandards und Kundenzufriedenheit. Sie übernehmen die Leitung eines engagierten Teams und koordinieren eine Vielfalt von Prozessen und Projekten, um operative Exzellenz und kontinuierliche Verbesserung sicherzustellen. Ihr umfassendes Wissen und Ihre Erfahrung ermöglichen es Ihnen, innovative Lösungen zur Prozessoptimierung und Qualitätsverbesserung zu entwickeln und umzusetzen. Durch Ihr Engagement in der Kundenkommunikation stellen Sie sicher, dass Kundenanfragen mit höchster Präzision und Effizienz bearbeitet werden. Ihre multidisziplinäre Rolle bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, Ihr Fachwissen und Ihre Führungsfähigkeiten in einem dynamischen Umfeld einzusetzen und so zur Steigerung der Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit beizutragen.

**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Führung und Koordination des Teams, das sich auf die Produktkonformität und Qualitätssicherung im DACH-Raum konzentriert.
- Sicherung der Kundenzufriedenheit extern und intern durch gewissenhafte und zeitnahe Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und -fragebögen.
- Aktive Beteiligung an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des Managementsystems.
- Übernahme der Projektleitung in Qualitätsmanagementprojekten und Mitwirkung an Projekten in anderen Bereichen, auch auf internationaler Ebene.
- Koordination und Weiterentwicklung von firmeninternen Prozessen zur Effizienzsteigerung und Qualitätsverbesserung.
- Engagieren in kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen zur Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und -ergebnissen.
- Verwaltung und Koordination des Abweichungsmanagements zur Sicherung der Produktqualität und -konformität.
- Proaktive Beteiligung am Changemanagement zur kontinuierlichen Anpassung und Verbesserung der Prozesse.
- Koordination des Reportings in Bezug auf Fehlverladungen und Reklamationsauswertungen für den DACH-Bereich.

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Chemie.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Industrie.
- Erfahrung in Führungspositionen.
- Umfassende Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung und im Qualitätsmanagement.
- Exzellente Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, mündlich sowie schriftlich.
- Kenntnisse der französischen Sprache sind willkommen.
- Starke IT-Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen.
