Join us and gain valuable experience within a passionate and dynamic team. The employment is on a temporary basis for one year with the possibility of a permanent position.

Tasks

**Operations & Processes**:

- Support the Swiss Digital Days project team on all initiatives and projects within the flagship event
- Research facts, figures and insights for upcoming presentations/speeches/blogs
- Produce analytics and reporting on relevant tools and platforms

**Partner Management**:

- Assist acquisition and sales processes
- Support partners with the Partner CMS Portal
- Ensure smooth partner contract and billing processes
- Manage, oversee and update partner information on the website and Partner CMS Portal
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams (Communications and Marketing, Legal, Operations and Finance). This also includes regional counterparts around Switzerland

Event Management
- Coordinate and implement large events alongside the Swiss Digital Days project team (VIP Events, workshops, #herHACK Female-led Hackathon, NextGen Future Skills Labs)
- Support on-site events across Switzerland

**Requirements**:

- Have completed a Bachelor and/or Master degree in business administration, service design, innovation management or related fields (FH/Uni).
- Have previous project management experience
- Possess an entrepreneurial mind with an agile, strong can-do attitude
- Are independent, efficient in your working style
- Have strong analytical skills
- Are comfortable to work with digital tools, and curious to learn more about the digital world in Switzerland
- You are fluent in English, ideally German and/or French
