Für unsere Boutique** Zürich Hauptbahnhof **suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt** **eine:n **Assistant Flagship** **Store Manager:in (m/w/d) (100%).**

Als Assistant Flagship Store Manager:in und **Botschafter:in von L'Occitane** führst Du gemeinsam mit der Filialleitung unsere Boutique und das Team im Hauptbahnhof Zürich effektiv, um die Ziele der Boutique und die Geschäftsziele konsequent zu erreichen.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du unterstützt die Filialleitung bei der vollumfänglichen Leitung unserer Boutique: Dabei motivierst, führst und entwickelst Du das Team und übernimmst das Recruiting und Training für neue Mitarbeitende.
- Du trittst als **Ansprechpartner:in und Vorbild** für die Mitarbeitenden auf und übernimmst, vertretend für die Filialleitung, ein effektives Personalmanagement, um das **Potential aller Mitarbeitende** zu maximieren.
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes **Verständnis** für verschiedene **Markttypen **und unsere **Kunden**. Aufgrund dessen nimmst Du unsere Kunden mit auf eine „Reise durch die Provence“, berätst sie vollumfänglich und bietest ihnen ein jederzeit **hohes Serviceniveau** an.
- Mit unserem internen Berichtssystem **analysierst Du täglich die Verkaufszahlen**, um daraus Verkaufsmaßnahmen abzuleiten und die entsprechenden Ziele zu erreichen. Zudem hast du stets die **Verkaufsziele im Blick** und erzielst Deine Ergebnisse.
- **Administrative Tätigkeiten**, wie Personaleinsatzplanung, Urlaubsplanung und Warenmanagement werden von Dir in Abwesenheit der Filialleitung selbstständig durchgeführt.
- Gemeinsam tragt ihr die Verantwortung für alle Aspekte der **Lagerverwaltung**, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Bestände ordnungsgemäß verarbeitet werden. Zusätzlich werden unsere Ware und die Boutique von Dir nach den **Merchandise** Vorgaben in Szene gesetzt.
- Du organisierst **lokale Events** unter Berücksichtigung der L’Occitane Verkaufsstrategie zur Förderung der Verkaufszahlen in der Boutique.
- Als Vorbild hältst Du dein Produktwissen stets auf dem neuesten Stand und kommunizierst die L’Occitane Unternehmenswerte, unsere Philosophie und die Vertretung unserer Engagements nach außen.

**Dein Profil**:

- Du bringst eine **abgeschlossene Ausbildung** als Kosmetiker*in oder im Detailhandel mit und hast idealerweise Erfahrung in der Kosmetikbranche.
- Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen in der** Leitung von Teams** und hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen als Berufsbildner:in gesammelt.
- Mit Deinem **kaufmännischen Scharfsinn** setzt Du klare Verkaufsziele für Dich und Dein Team und bist in der Lage Aufgaben zu priorisieren, um Deine Ziele zu erreichen.
- Du bist auf der stetigen **Suche nach Chancen und Lösungen** in Abwägung mit möglichen Risiken.
- Dir fällt es leicht Dich mit neuen Systemen vertraut zu machen und Dein Verständnis und Interesse für **handelsspezifische KPIs** zeichnen Dich aus.
- Du beschreibst dich als leidenschaftliches, proaktives **Verkaufstalent mit Hingabe zur Beautywelt**.
- **Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit** sowie eine **selbstgesteuerte Arbeitsweise** durch Begeisterung für die Aufgabe und die Marke runden Dein Profil ab.
- **Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse** sind für die Beratung unserer anspruchsvollen Kunden unerlässlich.
- Du bist auch an **Samstagen und Sonntagen** flexibel einsatzbereit.
