**Your responsibility**
- This role is expected to support the existing team in building, refining and improving reserving models using actuarial and data science techniques
- Estimation of loss reserves, including tight cooperation with major internal stakeholders
- Engagement on dealing with quantitative questions and motivations, develop and implement solutions for business as required
- Detailed ad-hoc portfolio reviews and analyses
- Actuarial Support for the further development of IFRS 17

**Your qualification**
- Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, Economics, Statistics or related field requiring modelling, programming, or quantitative analysis
- Ideally first experiences in insurance business and being in the path toward Actuarial qualification or planning to start it or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Good level of proficiency with tools and data bases such as: VBA, SQL, (in particular MS SQL Server), R, MS Access, SAS or Mathematica
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
- Ability to organize own activities, to work reliably and foresightedly and to set priorities correctly and to use personal resources optimally while taking account of own strengths and limitations
- Capability to develop stable partnerships even across departmental boundaries and to cooperate to meet common goals
