- Rekrutiere und entwickle erstklassige Talente, um ein Team aufzubauen, das nach dem Sieg strebt.
- Monitore und alle operativen Abläufe, um einen reibungslosen Betrieb des Ladens sicherzustellen.
- Identifiziere Möglichkeiten zur Umsatzsteigerung, setze klare Ziele und kommuniziere diese effektiv, um sie zusammen mit deinem Team zu erreichen

**Deine** **Qualifikationen**:

- Minimum 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position.
- Leidenschaft für die Marke Nike und den Einzelhandel.
- Eigenmotivation für den Aufbau, die Entwicklung, die Leitung und das Management leistungsfähiger Teams mit ausgeprägten Coaching
- und Mentoring-Fähigkeiten.
- Die Bereitschaft, je nach Bedarf an Wochenenden, Abenden und Feiertagen zu arbeiten.
- Fließend Deutsch sowie Englisch auf mindestens Level B2
