The FP&A Centre of Excellence (FP&A COE) based in Pinewood has an opening for an experienced finance professional supporting the EMEA MedTech business for the Mid-Sized Markets Cluster. This role will have responsibility for partnering with and supporting the country Business Unit Finance leadership, with all financial planning, reporting and analytical activities, as well as driving finance standardisation, optimisation and further deepening forecasting and analytical capability for the finance function in EMEA. The business partner organization, are discrete business units, each with their own respective BUF and Commercial organisation structures. This role reports to the Finance Director FP&A CoE for MedTech.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Business Partnering**
- Strong business partnership with Finance Leadership team and business leaders, by providing all financial analytics/ insights enabling delivery of plans and forecasts, identifying cluster opportunities, as well as supporting financial & commercial presentations in support to the MedTech ELT
- Developing and identifying business needs analytics, and leveraging standard data and tools to deliver innovative analytical solutions, with an external focus
**Financial Planning & Review**
- Support the local Business Unit Finance (BUF) team by providing financial analytics/ insights enabling delivery of financial forecasts, through relevant performance analysis
- Lead the planning cycles, working in close collaboration with BUF country/ franchise partners, Finance Directors & business leaders to develop plans, forecasts and identify opportunities to improve the cluster P&L contribution
- Support country strategic and mid-term commercial planning processes
- Deliver all budget and forecast planning submissions through relevant systems
- Lead target cascades and manage all target adjustments within the geographies supported
- Drive country adoption of regional standards, as well as pursuing regionalisation of activity to continuously unlock potential for delivering superior decision support
- Develop and identify business needs analytics, and leveraging standard data and tools to deliver innovative analytical solutions
- Lead relevant CoE workstreams to develop deeper FP&A capabilities across MedTech FP&A group
- Ad-hoc / continuous improvement projects
**Talent**
- Identify and lead initiatives to enhance employee experience and foster a culture of development and innovation
- Lead and drive the development plans of team of 2 people, as well as being an active contributor to all succession planning and talent discussions at a sector COE level

**Qualifications**
- Degree level qualifications
- Fully qualified Accountant, with relevant post qualification work experience
**Languages**:
- Strong English language skills both speaking & written
- Other European languages desirable but not essential
**Experience Required**:
- Broad based FP&A experience preferred - prior commercial / Operating Company Experience strongly desired
- Experience of working in a regional/ global organisation with matrix business relationships
- Proven track record of high performance and driving process improvements across a complex business environment
- Previous people management
- Prior working knowledge of TM1, Tableau and Alteryx is a plus
- Ideally familiar with Johnson & Johnson worldwide procedures, practices and systems
