**This is what YOUR future team does**:
**YOUR mission at neustark**
- If you love tools and processes, this internship is for you You will become an expert in our HR Tool and help us design or review employee processes
- You will create work contracts, work certificates and other documents for new or leaving neustarkers and make sure that there is no unanswered HR request
- You will work with Excel Files, so you are all up for digging deep into numbers and analytics

**This is YOU**:

- You’re currently studying at the university (or the university of applied sciences) in business administration, psychology or any IT-related field or finished an apprenticeship
- You have an IT / technical affinity and are open to become an expert champion in excel and our HR and Recruiting Tools
- You are ready to take ownership for the assigned People & Culture topics, show proactivity and look forward of being coached and guided from your colleagues
- You are motivated to join a Climate Tech Scale Up and are up for the challenge to support our People & Culture Team in a high pace work environment

**About neustark**

Limiting global warming to 1.5°C implies reaching net zero CO2 emissions in 2050 according to the IPCC. Next to substantially reducing emissions, this target will only be possible by globally deploying carbon removal at the scale of billions of tons of CO2.

Neustark is a leading provider in this rapidly growing field, having developed a solution to durably store CO2 from the air in recycled mineral waste such as demolished concrete.

Founded in 2019 in Switzerland, our first solutions have been deployed in Europe and are already capturing and storing tons of CO2 every day. We are currently scaling up our operations and carbon removal impact globally - on the road to removing one million tons of CO2 in 2030, and beyond that.
