**Your responsibilities**: This is an exciting opportunity to join the Communications team working across all Art Basel shows (Basel, Miami Beach, Hong Kong and Paris) as well as global projects and digital initiatives. You will be instrumental in helping deliver high impact media campaigns and act as a first point of contact for press enquiries. You will organize and manage the press office by providing all-round support and assist in organizing press events, media conferences and press trips.
- Support Communications team in delivering press campaigns around Art Basel's shows and other initiatives
- Support Communications team in daily running of the press office, providing all-round administrative support (database, press clippings archive, updates to website and intranet)
- Assist in organizing press engagement events, including media conferences, press trips etc.
- Manage distribution of Art Basel press releases and monitor and circulate press clippings internally
- Draft engaging copy for press texts, website etc.
- Set up and facilitate meetings with PR agencies and other internal and external stakeholders and collaborators
- Prepare digital press kits
- Lead on the press accreditation process for Art Basel shows and press events
- Deliver media partner benefits
- Provide ongoing support and development of the Art Basel website

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in an art-related field or in communications preferred
- Experience of working in PR or in a busy office environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Native or near-native command of German and English (written and spoken), French and other languages advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce; knowledge of project management and CRM software desirable
- Experience in administrative duties and office management
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a large number of projects simultaneously, strong organizational skills
