**Technology Innovation Architect 80 - 100%**:
Das Amt für Informatik (AFI) ist das Informatik-Kompetenzzentrum des Kantons Zürich. Es erbringt umfassende Dienstleistungen im Bereich der zentralen Informatikinfrastruktur und kantonsweiter Applikationen für die Direktionen, Behörden, Rechtspflege und selbständige Anstalten. Es begleitet den Kanton Zürich in der digitalen Welt. Neu auch mit einem Digital Innovation Hub.

Für dieses neue Innovationszentrum suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung Dich Entwickle und realisiere neue Ideen und bringe dadurch technologische Innovation in die Behördenwelt.

**Stellenbeschreibung**:
Prototyping kannst Du aus dem Effeff. Du testest, erlebst und bewertest die neuesten Technologien voller Begeisterung und Neugier. Mit den Kunden und dem Innovationsteam des AFI pilotierst Du Projekte, um die Potenziale und Herausforderungen dieser Technologien im echten Einsatz zu erfassen.
Bei Technologietrends bist Du immer am Puls der Zeit und erstellst für den Kanton eine geniale Technologie-Roadmap. Wenn es um die Einführung von Technologie-Innovationen in der Wertschöpfung geht, bist Du Königin oder König der Beratung und Unterstützung. In Innovationsworkshops identifizierst Du gemeinsam mit den Kunden Anwendungen, die das Zeug haben, die Welt der Verwaltung zu revolutionieren.
Du baust ein starkes Partner-Ökosystem auf, so dass Du zusammen mit Industrie, Hochschulen und anderen Verwaltungen an zukunftsweisenden Lösungen arbeiten kannst.

**Anforderungsprofil**:

- Neben einem abgeschlossenen Studium in Informatik, Ingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftsinformatik, verfügst Du über Macher-Qualitäten, packst aktiv an und bringst Deine Ideen mit Tatendrang voran.
- Du lebst und atmest Digitalisierung. Durch Dein starkes Interesse an digitalen Themen bist Du immer auf dem neuesten Stand der technologischen Entwicklungen.
- Du bist mit Innovationsmethoden wie Design Thinking, Prototyping Techniken und Co
- Creation vertraut. Du nutzt diese kreativen Ansätze, um bahnbrechende Lösungen zu entwickeln und die Zukunft zu formen.
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, Menschen von Deinen Ideen und Visionen zu überzeugen und sie für innovative Konzepte zu begeistern.
- Du beherrschst die Kunst der Kommunikation und Präsentation. Komplexe und technische Inhalte vermittelst Du verständlich, anschaulich und zielgruppengerecht.
