Was du bei uns machst
Ein 18-monatiges Programm, während dem du je 6 Monate Einblicke in die Abteilungen Marketing, Sales und Retail erhältst.

**Marketing**: Lerne, wie man Marken operativ und strategisch führt, plane und realisiere vielfältige Omnichannel-Marketingaktivitäten.

**Sales**: Lerne im Key Account Management alles über die Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden und unterstütze bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsstrategien.

**Retail**: Lerne die dynamische Welt der Lindt Chocolate Shops und der Geschäftskunden kennen und unterstütze das Team im vielseitigen Tagesgeschäft sowie bei spannenden Projekten.

Bearbeitung eines eigenen Projekts pro Abteilung und anschliessende Präsentation vor der Geschäftsleitung
Volle Integration in tolle Teams - vom Tagesgeschäft bis hin zum Teamevent
Weiterentwicklung durch die Teilnahme an internen Trainings, Schulungen und Einsätzen in anderen Abteilungen (zum Beispiel Forschung & Entwicklung)
Begleitung und Unterstützung durch eine Mentorin oder einen Mentor während des Programms
Optimale Vorbereitung für den nächsten Karriereschritt bei Lindt & Sprüngli
Wann du zu uns passt
Masterabschluss (Universität oder Fachhochschule)
Erste mehrmonatige Berufserfahrung, von Vorteil in der Konsumgüterbranche
Unternehmerische, selbständige und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
Hands-on Mentalität und Durchsetzungsstärke
Analytisches und strukturiertes Denkvermögen
Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
Auslanderfahrung von Vorteil
