We are seeking a Group Procurement Category Manager - Media, Marketing & Sales to join the team at the company's headquarters in Kilchberg, Switzerland. This new role will report directly to the Head of Group Indirect Procurement.


In this position, you have a fantastic chance to enhance strategic procurement in Advertising Media at a global level and set the groundwork for strategic procurement in other significant Marketing & Sales categories as part of a broader Indirect Procurement Program.


IN THIS ROLE, YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Collaborate with Group & local Procurement leaders, International & local Marketing, International & local Sales to enhance Media procurement in the US and Europe
  • Define regional/global sourcing strategies for key Marketing & Sales categories
  • Lead regional/global sourcing projects with cross-functional teams
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across relevant functions
  • Negotiate master service agreements in collaboration with the Legal department
  • Provide insights into regional/global market developments
  • Support and guide Group and local stakeholders
  • Ensure templates and tools are available for all stakeholders
  • Organize international workshops and meetings

YOUR PROFILE:

  • University degree in business/marketing/procurement or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in global/regional procurement, preferably in FMCG or food industry
  • Experience in Marketing procurement, especially in Advertising Media in Europe and US
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing sourcing strategies
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle ambiguity
  • Specific experience in media in Europe and US required
  • Advanced negotiation skills and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience in e-sourcing and other advanced sourcing tools
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, with additional languages being a plus
  • Strong presentation and analytical skills
  • Travel Required: 20-30%
