**Account Director (Clinical Development and Supply)**

**(home based, Nordic Countries)**

**Position**

We are looking for an** Account Director** to identify, qualify, and pursue business opportunities within their defined geographic territory, focusing on selling pre-clinical and early phase clinical development services, for orally administered dosage forms, to customers across the whole of the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industries

**The Role**
- Identify and target new opportunities and clients within the territory, whilst also expanding the portfolio of business in existing accounts
- Establish strategic sales growth plan through development and regular update to Sales Target Reports
- Sell multiple business offerings and to be able to develop cross-selling opportunities across the Catalent network
- Create and maintain business relationships with key customers, operations and management through regularly scheduled meetings, anticipating customer needs and ensuring operational excellence. In addition to Business Development, responsibilities also include pricing, contract negotiation, forecasting, periodic business review meetings, and other customer service related issues.
- BS/BA degree (or equivalent) is required in a scientific or business related discipline.
- 5-10 years’ experience in sales for solid oral dose development
- Proven track record with new account penetration is required.
- Proven ability to organize and plan work, manage travel, and balance multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills are required.
- Must have a good knowledge of English both oral and written.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively as a member of cross-functional teams is required.
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% of their time
- Experience with early phase (PC to PhIIb) development strongly preferred
