Au sein de la Business Unit Services & Performances, nous vous offrons l’opportunité de rejoindre notre Pool de Monteurs Externes qui est à la recherche de son (sa) futur(e) Field Service Technician, spécialiste en Electrique.

Il s'agit d'un contrat à durée indéterminée, taux d'activité à 100%, basé sur notre site de Mex (siége social et production).

VOTRE MISSION:

- Assemblage, installation et mise en service des équipements et machines de découpe de carton auprès de nos clients en Suisse et à l'Etranger;
- Dépannage et assistance technique en interne et chez nos clients;
- Formation du personnel de nos clients à la sécurité, l'utilisation et à la maintenance de nos équipements ainsi qu'à l'utilisation de la documentation technique;
- Collaboration et appui technique avec les différents services qui touchent au produit/à la machine (Support technique, R&D, marketing, démonstration, formation);
VOTRE PROFIL:

- De formation technique, avec un CFC électricien, automaticien ou une formation équivalente.- Vous êtes disposé (e) à effectuer des déplacements à l'étranger (env. 80% de votre temps) chez nos clients, dans nos sites de fabrication et nos filiales.
- Vous disposez de bonnes connaissances d’anglais, la maitrise d’autres langues est un plus
- Bon/ne communicateur/trice, vous êtes apte à travailler en groupe pluridisciplinaire.
- Ouvert(e) et orienté(e)clients, vous disposez d'une réelle aptitude à entrer en relation avec autrui et à créer un climat de confiance.
- Organisé(e) et autonome, vous possédez une grande capacité d'adaptation et de gestion du stress.
- Flexible et dynamique, vous êtes disponible pour des horaires adaptés aux besoins des clients.
- Vous avez des connaissances dans les outils bureautiques MS-Office Windows.
- Vous êtes détenteur d'un permis de conduire catégorie B.
