**The role**

**Responsibilities and Expectations**
- Developing relationships at all levels of the business, meeting regularly with leaders to understand their needs, and recommend effective recruiting strategies
- Source and recruit professionals across a wide range of roles within our team
- Develop unique sourcing strategies, including social networking and direct sourcing, resulting in pipelines that meet aggressive hiring goals
- Working effectively with team members across the company to ensure the selection process results in the best hires
- Safeguard company culture by ensuring that that every new hire is a great addition to the team from a skills and culture perspective
- Analyze results of the talent acquisition campaigns you run and improve quality and conversion rate metrics of your campaigns (for HR marketing)

**Skills and Experiences**
- A minimum of 2+ years recruiting experience for either a SaaS company or from a top-tier search firm where you were responsible for sourcing and closing top talents for SaaS companies
- A proven record of successfully employing creative sourcing strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Open to working flexible hours this position will demand
