**Audit Manager, International successful firm - Bern**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct audits of national and international companies headquartered in Switzerland that report financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Swiss CO
- Develop further our technology-driven audit approach based on all powered by our state-of-the-art audit platform.
- Prepare reports to the Board of Directors, Management, and the General Meeting of Shareholders
- Work on other transaction-based and global assurance projects that require in-depth accounting and process expertise as well as working with technology.
- Coach Swiss-based and foreign audit team members on their personnel development and technical accounting, auditing, and reporting matters

**Requirements**:

- Highly motivated team player, who is curious and interested in multinational listed companies.
- Strong project management skills and leadership capability
- Completed accounting degree (Swiss or international CPA)
- 5 - 6 years of recent audit experience with another auditing company and proficiency in researching accounting and auditing issues
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and experience in conducting group audits in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (preferred US GAAP)
- Proficient English skills and German skills.
- Able to deliver high-quality services under tight deadlines with a positive attitude.
