Für unseren Kunden Roche Diagnostics International AG mit Sitz in Rotkreuz suchen wir einen **Building Manager (m/w/d)**

**Hintergrund**:
Am Standort wird in Laboren mit anspruchsvollen Reinraum
- und Sicherheitsanforderungen geforscht, Software und Hardware entwickelt sowie in Fertigungshallen Diagnostikgeräte zusammengebaut, welche via Logistikhallen verschickt werden. Rotkreuz ist gleichzeitig der globale Bürohauptsitz der Diagnostiksparte, wo verschiedenste Nationen an anspruchsvollen Projekten zusammenarbeiten.
Facility Management und Real Estate betreibt Gewerk und Gebäude - vom Büro
- über Labor
- bis zum Produktionsgebäude. Wir gestalten komplexe (Um-)Bauprojekte mit und verantworten Leistungen wie technischer Betrieb, Mobilität, Portfolio und Building Management und viele weitere Services.

Perfekte Kandidat*innen haben Erfahrungen im Facility Management oder Real Estate Management, erste Projekterfahrung sowie stark ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sind kundenorientiert und selbständig.

**Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortungsbereiche**:

- Erste Anlaufstelle der Gebäudenutzer für Anforderungen betreffend Flächen und Infrastruktur, Nutzungsänderungen, kleineren baulichen Massnahmen etc.
- Analyse und Koordination der Nutzeranträge inkl. Abklärungen mit entsprechenden Fachstellen sowie Ableiten von daraus erforderlichen Aufträgen / Projekten
- Unterstützung bei der operativen Flächenplanung in Abstimmung mit dem operativen Flächenmanager
- Mitarbeit im Bestellerteam von Bauprojekten (planungs
- und baubegleitendes Facility Management)
- Mitarbeit bei der Umzugskoordination insbesondere von mehreren grösseren, etappierten Umzügen

**Must Haves**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Facility Management oder in einem ähnlichen Bereich oder anderes mit relevanter Berufserfahrung im Facility Management / Real Estate Management
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Facility Management oder im Real Estate Management
- Projektmanagement Erfahrung
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ausge ausgeprägtes Kundenverständnis sowie erste Erfahrungen im Kundenservice
- Selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (alle Programm-/ Projektdokumente werden in Englisch verfasst) werden vorausgesetzt
