Job Summary

Zur Unterstützung unserer aussergewöhnlichen Teams, die grossartige Produkte entwickeln und zu unserem Wachstum beitragen, suchen wir eine/n Enviroment Health Safety Manager, Lean & Special Projects (a) in Flex Hägglingen und Küssnacht am Rigi/ AG.

In der Rolle des Enviroment Health Safety Manager, Lean & Special Projects (a) berichtest du an den Head of Operations und verantwortest die Einhaltung der erforderlichen Unternehmens
- & Gesetzesstandards und -vorschriften, sowie effizientes Management von Umwelt-, Gesundheits
- und Sicherheitsprogrammen in Büros und Produktionsstätten.

So sieht ein typischer Tag aus:

- Leitung von Projekten und Koordination von Umwelt-, Gesundheits
- und Sicherheitsprogrammen (EHS) in Büros, Produktionsstätten und Werken, inkl. Kontrolle der Ergebnisse in Bezug auf Kosten, Methoden und Mitarbeiter*innen;
- Durchführung von Besprechungen über Umweltsicherheit, Schulungen und Sensibilisierungsprogramme. Schulung des Personals in Bezug auf alle Änderungen der Richtlinien und Verfahren;
- Beaufsichtigung der ordnungsgemäßen Instandhaltung von Gebäuden, Anlagen und Einrichtungsgegenständen in Übereinstimmung mit Gesetzen und Vorschriften;
- Häufige Interaktion mit Vorgesetzten, internen & externen Stakeholdern und/oder funktionalen Peer-Group-Managern, sowie Berichtswesen für das Management;
- Im Rahmen des Umweltmanagement ISO 14001 Durchführung von Risikobewertungen mit der Umweltaspektanalyse (Emissions
- und Immissionsmanagement), Sicherstellung der Gesetzeskonformität, Konakt und Audits mit Behörden, Ämtern und Nachbarn;
- Als Sicherheitsbeauftragte/r (Sibe) Verantwortung aller anfallenden wichtigen Aufgaben, wie z.B. Gefahrenermittlung durch Prozessrisiko
- und Anlagenrisikoanalysen (CE Prozess), Internes Reporting, sowie alle wichtigen Brandschutzthemen, z.B.: Fluchtwegmanagement, Löschmittel, Kontrolle, Zugänglichkeit, FM Global Audits, Korrekturmassnahmen, Brandlastüberwachung, Überwachung und Lagerung Chemikalien.

Die Erfahrung, mit der wir unser Team verstärken wollen:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen Bereich (Fachhochschule, abgeschlossene Lehre und Ausbildung) mit B-Führerschein;
- Erfahrung in Enviroment, Health & Safety bevorzugt, idealerweise im produzierenden Umfeld;
- Ausbildung zum Sicherheitsbeauftragten, Kenntnisse von ISO 14001 und Lean Green Belt von Vorteil;
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift;
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Überzeugungskraft, Motivation als Teil eines multidisziplinären, internationalen Teams tätig zu sein;
- Selbstständigkeit, Lernbereitschaft, Selbstorganisation, Pro-aktivität, analytisches und vernetztes denken.
