**What it's about**

We are looking for a Program Manager to support Partners Group's People Department (HR) and its People Leadership Team (PLT) in managing and coordinating four key projects for HR. We are transforming from a regionally organized model focused primarily on operational execution to a globally managed model that is aligned to our business Departments to better support their people and culture strategies.
- **Process review for HR Operations and all related Units**

The team will pilot a process review with an external consultant and focus on four processes: Performance and Development, Annual Compensation review, internal transfers (domestic and international) plus Reorganisations (currently bi-annual).
- **Grading and Benchmarking**

The team will first identify the right benchmarking partner which can provide the right methodology for Partners Group. This will trigger a refresh of grades for respective Job families to various granularities. The team will use a specific job group to test the methodology before fully implementing across the firm.
- **Global Payroll Outsource**

Project with external consultant to review all process and workflows for Payroll to prepare to move to an outsourcing partner. This will require running an RFP to select a vendor, designing future processes and eventually revisit the payroll team setup
- **Digitalizing Compensation**

This project will fully be led by the internal HR teams and will start in 2023 with the aim to complete and in use for the 2024 compensation review process. The team will start with Data Mapping from a project with a consultant and use this to scope the project with the aim to analyse and define an improved system design. In a second phase the team will layout the detailed design including testing of the system before rolling out for the 2024 compensation review.

**The programme manager is responsible for**:
**i) Coordination of project delivery and its interdependencies**
- Ensure the teams keep a focus on delivering towards the excellence of HR's operational services as well as Compensation and Benefits framework
- Drive the execution through the project leads and their teams with their roadmap to ensure timely delivery in-line with the agreed project plan.
- Identifies interdependencies and gaps between the projects and partners with the
- project and stream leaders to close these gaps
- Ensure the project leads dedicate their time, plan and anticipate resources to effectively deliver their projects
- Set up the programme governance to ensure roles and responsibilities are clear
- Provide templates, tools and methodologies for programme and project governance
- Have an extensive overview of all projects within their remit including plans, timelines, communications and milestones

**ii) Reporting and communications**

**The programme manager is responsible for**:

- Setting up and driving a reporting structure and communication plans for all stakeholders
- Working closely with project sponsor (Head of HR), project teams, assigned project managers and external consultant to constantly report, inform and communicate on project running, risks and opportunities, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget and timing for new and/or changed initiatives

**What we expect**
- Extensive Programme Management experience in transforming HR organizations with multi-jurisdictional teams
- Strong Project Management skills to advise on methodology, tools and project roadmap
- Strong leadership, time management, facilitation and organizational skills
- Knowledge of processes across HR services and center of expertise as well as understanding of Compensation and Benefits frameworks
- Digital savvy and structured in the approach
- Has experience in communicating effectively to different stakeholders and audiences
- Self-driven, resilient and able to manage changing priorities
- Able to develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Takes initiative and consistently delivers results of the highest quality, taking accountability and ownership for their work and for the HR function as a whole
- Can adapt in order to support business needs effectively
- Able to take complex topics and able to articulate them in a simple manner
