Notre client recherche un(e) Procurement Coordinator ayant une bonne connaissance technique pour accompagner et conseiller le processus Achat en fonction des besoins de la production.

Dans cette fonction, vous serez responsable de la validation du sous-traitant pour toutes nouvelles pièces spécifiques ainsi que des délais et des prix des articles spécifiques liés au service après-vente pour les offres aux clients. Vous approvisionnerez les articles spécifiques mécaniques au délai souhaité, au meilleur prix, et à la qualité attendue, cela en décidant d’une fabrication interne ou externe.

Vos missions seront:

- Vérifier des gammes opératoires et les créer si nécessaire
- Gérer les demandes d’offre fournisseur pour les pièces usinées
- Analyser et décider « make or buy » selon la capabilité et capacité de la fabrication interne
- Analyser les priorités liées aux approvisionnements (délai, coûts)
- Création des ordres de fabrication
- Création de demandes d’achat
- Gérer les réparations clients (devis, flux logistique de la pièce)
- Soutenir l’équipe dans les questions techniques

Profil recherché:

- Formation technique (polymécanicien, automaticien, constructeur, etc.) ou CFC d'employé de commerce (avec expérience significative dans l'environnement de la technique)
- Expérience confirmée dans un environnement d'achats industriels ou techniques
- Vous avez de bonnes compétences techniques au sens large du terme (estimation du prix d'une pièces, méthodes d'usinage, optimisation de la fabrication)
- A l’aise avec les outils informatiques comme MS Office ainsi qu’un ERP
- Bonus : niveau de communication en allemand et en anglais
