- As Relationship Manager you’ll play a critical role in retaining our existing clients through generations, developing business opportunities with the client advisors, and growing our client book through your network.
- We’re looking for a Relationship Manager for HNWI clients for the Iberian market to:
- develop and maintain trustworthy client partnerships with the focus on strategic advice for the Spanish High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) clients
- implement a quantitative prospect development plan with measurable actions
- define advisory processes and agreements that best meet our clients’ needs, in cooperation with the Investment Advisor
- provide high-quality investment options for clients, working closely with team members and specialists from other areas
- focus on the growth for the local market network by referrals and by identifying new prospects
- make sure clients are managed in a manner that contributes to an effective risk culture on the team
- define the investment strategy and the contractual arrangement most suitable to each new client in cooperation with the Investment Advisor WM considering the potential of all UBS booking centers where compliant with regulations

- You’ll be working in the HNWI Iberia team in Zürich City. You will be joining an outstanding existing Team, where teamwork, collaboration and a positive attitude are as important as the business objectives themselves.
**Your expertise**
- You have a minimum of 7+ years of experience in Private Banking & Wealth Management, dealing with Iberian clients. You have a proven track record in delivering solutions for clients along specialists (Wealth Planning and Investment Specialists)
- You are passionate about financial markets and the investment management world. You have also a great knowledge of the financial products and services relevant for the Iberian marketplace
- You are eager to learn, to adapt and are able think with creativity
- You are great at building long-lasting networks and connections (people want to know you)
- You are very well organized, with great planning skills and efficient time management. Positive attitude, high stamina and the natural ability to engage teams is very important
- excellent communicator, with good presentation skills, direct and engaging
- fluent in Spanish and English. German or Portuguese is highly beneficial
