**Notre client, une PME neuchâteloise à dimension humaine et leader dans son domaine d’expertise, nous a mandatés afin de lui présélectionner son/sa futur/e**:
**Head Technical Sales Support (H/F)**:
**Activités principales**:

- Force motrice dans les opérations quotidiennes du service à la clientèle. Hub interne dans les activités technico-commerciales
- Définition et amélioration des processus (y compris formation) au niveau interne du département et de la collaboration avec d’autres départements/partenaires internes ou externes
- Participation et assistance proactive dans les efforts d’innovation, dans les activités de vente technico-commerciale en particulier pour les produits liés à la diversification de l’entreprise
- Gestion méthodique et perfectionniste des projets de vente:

- Analyse et compréhension de tout type de besoins clientèle. Conseil sur des questions techniques et technico-commerciales dans le cadre de projets spécifiques puis proposition de solutions adéquates
- Établissement d’offres, des confirmations de commandes, lancement des OF
- Validation technique et commerciale de tous les documents clients
- Assurer le bon suivi/timing des projets clients
- Gestion des réclamations client

**Votre profil**
- Bachelor/Master dans un domaine d’ingénierie avec une formation continue avérée dans le domaine commercial
- Expérience en leadership au niveau d’un département pluridisciplinaire
- Expertise pratique (développement et/ou production) dans les domaines de la mécanique de précision, de l’ingénierie mécanique, de la conception mécanique et des processus de production
- Compréhension et expérience des processus d’affaires pour des produits industriels. Expérience en gestion de projet dans un environnement interdisciplinaire ainsi que dans la vente technique
- Très bonnes connaissances informatiques. La connaissance d’un ERP et de systèmes de gestion de documents constitue un atout

**Competences linguistiques**:

- Pour la communication avec leurs clients, de très bonnes connaissances de l’anglais et l’allemand, oral et écrit, sont nécessaire. La langue de l’entreprise est le français. Toutes langues additionnelles sont un atout
