**Position overview**

Consumer Health GPEx is an organization responsible for the support of critical Consumer PLAN initiatives and is pivotal to the successful evolution of the PLAN function globally. This organization is structured around the development of People, Process, Technology, and Metrics standards and their effective deployment across our businesses through key programs, initiatives, and systemic changes.

This position will lead ONES4 Source implementation brining value to the business

Will work in close collaboration with the business planning teams ensuring strong adoption of new capabilities/processes

The role will be responsible for articulating and administering deployment of the vision, roadmap and capability set needed across the deliver ERP space to meet the business needs into the future. Key to this will be working with the technology team to define what capability set should be developed/supported in or outside the ERP as we strive for harmonization and modularity.

The Source Lead will support the program by working with the local, regional and global function leaders to coordinate the effective definition, development, testing and flawless adoption and go lives of our new deliver S4 capabilities.

The Source functional areas Indirect Operational Procurement, Source data and integration with external to S4 capabilities (eg. Ariba, eMarket Place).

Work closely with all global function functions, from Commercial, thought Supply Chain, to Finance and Quality to ensure a robust E2E solution and template is documented and deployed for the consumer health business. This to support the key source/procurement strategic objectives.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Lead Source process design within ONES4 program:

- Indirect Buy
- Payment cycle process (From POR/PO to payment)
- Vendor Management
- Reports and Analytics
- Ensure process designed supports digital first company vision
- Lead project execution ensuring flawless execution
- Govern SOURCE process (OMP + S4), ensuring a Global process design approval
- Owns capability/process/functionality detail design ensuring business needs are meet and global alignment
- Up to 25% / 30% travelling domestically and internationally

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
- MBA is desired
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication and presentation skills are required
- Strong project management experience, process improvement and problem-solving skills.
- Results-orientated, out of the box thinking, practical, analytical, attention to detail, self-motivated, and a team-player
- Minimum of 10 years of related Supply Chain Procurement experience is required.
- Must have strong ERP project and program experience in the Source areas - leading and driving core project deliverables.
- Outstanding stakeholder management experience at the most senior levels, superior influencing, and collaboration skills required
- End to End thinking driving more coordinated processes
- Experience on ERP implementation programs with SOURCE focus
- Must be comfortable with constructively challenging the status quo and looking for new ways to improve processes and results.

**Preferred skills**:

- Clear understanding of external Supply Chain trends and emerging new practices
- Experience working with Quality, Plan and Procurement is preferred
- Experience working across more than one Source domain is important.
- Experience in reference data operational processes and data lifecycle activities is preferred
