**Your role**
- Are you a sharp evaluator of risk, who enjoys investigating complex business processes and products? - We're looking for someone like that to:
- analyze legacy Credit Suisse businesses, processes and products to evaluate risks that could arise and assess how they are managed;
- identify controls that are designed to address the risks and evaluate how effective they are (e.g. by testing them or deciding on a testing approach);
- monitor issue resolution, risk profile and developments within a specific area and provide input into our audit planning;
- contribute to reports of audit findings for UBS senior management;
- display strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership ability coupled with effective problem solving, conceptual thinking, quantitative and fact-finding skills.
**Graduate Talent Program**
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You'll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.
- As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

**Your team**
- In our agile operating model, audit crews are aligned to business and functional areas, products and services and consist of a number of autonomous pods. You will be working in Group Internal Audit (GIA) in Zurich. Our role, as an independent function, is to support UBS in achieving its strategic, operational, financial and compliance objectives. We do this by assessing key processes as well as governance, risk management, and the control environment within all business divisions and group functions globally. We are independent in our work and report directly to the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee.
- You will be part of the NCL Switzerland audit team within GIA. Our overall team is responsible for auditing the Non-Core & Legacy function covering legacy Credit Suisse business. You will be directly involved in global audits covering variety of topics and periodically assist our colleagues in other GIA teams. In that role, you will gain insight into a wide variety of risk processes across the bank and will be able to influence their effectiveness.
**Your expertise**
- You need to have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- In particular, you have:
- good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
- an autonomous, diligent and structured work style
- the ability to stay on track, even when dealing with tight deadlines
- a good command of Microsoft Office and are a fast learner when it comes to new IT products
- excellent English (written and oral), other languages are a plus (German)
