**Your role**

- To strengthen our team we are looking for support to:
- facilitate the senior management decision making process by preparing strategic recommendations based on inputs from BUs, product functions, as well as analytical insights
- support the Head Global Investment Management and the respective product functions across Discretionary Mandates, Investment Funds, and Alternatives in achieving their growth ambitions by identifying white spots and coordinating follow-up actions with BUs
- analyze & comment on product performance to support the sales teams with a strong performance narrative, e.g., for our discretionary solutions shelf
- run and build analytical models to respond to (ad-hoc) requests from senior management
- build and maintain a strong network with our stakeholder by proactively engaging with colleagues in multiple locations across EMEA, US, and APAC

**Graduate Talent Program**
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You'll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.
- As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in our international Advisory Investment Solutions & Services team as part of CIO Global Investment Management. We focus on our clients’ needs by shaping the sales agenda of Global Wealth Management, ensuring alignment of various initiatives within Global IM and providing the analytical basis for the development of strategic recommendations.

**Your expertise**
- You need to have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- In particular, you have:
- university degree, preferably with focus on Finance, Economics, or Mathematics
- experience within a Strategy role, ideally in banking or within a consulting firm
- strong interest in global financial markets
- client-centric, innovative, and problem-solving mindset combined with analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing skills
- willingness to take ownership as well as a strong team player
- good communication and presentation skills and proficiency in English
- Start date: 2nd September 2024
