Retail Operations Assistant

Nous somme actuellement en recherche d’un/e collaborateur/trice polyvalente qui aura pour tâche de soutenir toutes les activités administratives et logistiques pour le réseau Retail de notre client horloger basé à Bienne. Il s’agit d’un rôle de coordinateur/trice entre le siège à Paris, les Store Managers et points de vente en Suisse, puis les marques du groupe.
**POSTE
- Achats, incluant le contrôle et suivi jusqu’à la facturation, vérification et coordination des commandes en cours, respect des délais de livraison- Stocks, incluant la gestion et suivi des mouvements (réception, transferts et sorties) ainsi que de la comptabilisation- Coordination administrative des différents points de vente- Soutien divers tâches administratives au niveau marketing- Soutien administratif au Brand Manager- Soutien lors des inventaires en cas de besoin**PROFIL
- Première expérience réussie dans un rôle pluridisciplinaire en soutien au Retail / Commerce de détail- Rigueur et sens de l’organisation- Dynamisme et capacité de travailler en équipe- Disponibilité et flexibilité- Bonnes pratique du pack Ms Office- Bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais ou de l’allemandWork Experience:3-5 years
