**Description**

Kenvue, part of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies is recruiting for a **CxO Purchasing Coordinator EMEA**, located in Zug, Switzerland or High Wycombe, United Kingdom.

The core responsibility of the role will be to implement the regional purchasing and budget management for the marketing expenses of our brands, supporting our regional marketing teams in EMEA.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- This role is responsible for managing end-to-end Purchase Order Management for marketing expenses of our regional brands to order services from suppliers by submitting purchase orders to the purchasing platform, confirming Good Receipt, requesting credit notes, and creating new supplier master data records.
- The role requires a problem-solving mindset, being the primary point of contact for regional marketing and resolving issues on a daily basis.
- Collaboration with procurement to ensure a detailed back end purchasing process and handling issues by connecting with different functions or suppliers, clearly communicating the appropriate process is critical to the success of the role
- The success of the role depends upon cooperation with procurement to develop a detailed back-end purchasing process and communicating effectively with other departments or suppliers to resolve issues.
- As the role is responsible for tracking budgets, it will coordinate with multiple managers in the central office and local markets to report quarterly and year-end results on time.
- It will be the coordinator's responsibility to deliver transparent tracking tools to business partners. Additionally, he/she will analyse data to regularly report on the development of our spending structure.

**Qualifications**

**Experience and Skills**:

- Similar experience in highly complex organization and international environment
- Strong record of reliability and accuracy in leading complex purchasing processes are crucial
- Sense of urgency and handling different priorities
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task successfully
- Affinity with Accounting and Procurement processes
- Fluent in English
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of SAP & Ariba is a strong asset
