Maintenance & Facilities Manager

**Position**:
The role of the Retail **Maintenance & Facilities** **Manager **is to be a Business Partner for our Region Central Europe (Switzerland, Czech Republic, Austria, Hungary, Romania) with 15 stores.
Main missions.
- Organise all preventive and reactive maintenance works in close collaboration with the stores
- Manage the cyclical refurbishing of the stores (Assess the needs, Prepare the project, Launch Tenders, Order the elements and Coordinate the installation)
- Administer all maintenance contracts (creation, negotiation, termination) and suppliers
- Oversee the annual Maintenance & Minor Works budgets for the Region aligned with the Accounting processes
- Be a key local support to the EMEA Head Office for store renovations and new store opening projects
- Handle Regional roll-out of worldwide project
- Manage and develop a Maintenance & Facilities Specialist
**Profile**:
You are fluent in French & English, German is an asset. Your travel time will fluctuate depending on ongoing projects but will be in average 40 %.
You are recognized for your autonomy, your thoroughness, and your great organization. Your strengths are your ability to communicate, your reactivity and your solution-oriented mindset.
We are eager to speak to individuals who possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Project Management, Business Administration or Logistics.
