Introduction

Unilabs is the largest provider of medical laboratory diagnostics for prescribers and hospitals in Switzerland and employs around 800 people.

Your Tasks
- Identify Global Data Owners and Global Data Stewards across all Unilabs CH, and enforces Data Ownership in the various business domains
- Delivers a Master Data Governance Operational Procedure
- Become an active team member, within an EU & International program management framework, by bridging and granting that both global and local needs are covered, from a data management prospective
- Responsible for the Data Migration Strategy and Model framework from existing legacy’s systems to an ERP Solution
- Accountable for the consistency & accuracy, and quality of data, between the existing LIS systems, the test catalogue (UCS), the middleware and the e-prescription tool
- Coordinates processes with different stakeholders like LIS technicians, scientists and IT
- Understands the end-to-end invoicing process and ensures accuracy & completeness of invoicing data. Provides guidance and ensure optimization, harmonization of the Invoicing process datas flows
- Provides automation and digitalisation of data flows in and between laboratories in Unilabs Switzerland
- Supports functions by preparing reports to analyse complex data

Your Profile
- Education in natural sciences, engineering or informatics (e.g. BMA, natural scientist)
- Ideally an experience of ~5-7 years within the healthcare/medical, informatics or in a diagnostics laboratory sectors as Material Master Data Management or a similar role
- Trilingual: perfectly fluent in French, German and English
- Expert at writing and managing user requirements, documenting MDM relative business processes, and/or data flows
- At ease while obtaining buy-in and adherence to the delivered Master Data Management Operational Procedure
- Used to working with strong methodologies and very well structured
- Ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines
- Very high interest in working and analysing data
- Must be hands-on and solutions-oriented
- High-level of customer focus to ensure that the appropriate business needs are clearly
- defined, communicated and delivered at or above expectations, refered to the MDM competencies area
- Active Listening skills
- Natural drive, and Energetic MDM Leader
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Ability to deep dive and to remove obstacles if needed
- High degree of autonomy at work
- Team player with ability to deliver quality results
- Ideally certified in any Agile Methodologies

**Education/Experience**:

- Education in natural sciences, engineering or informatics (e.g. BMA, natural scientist)
- Ideally an experience of ~5-7 years within the healthcare/medical, informatics or in a diagnostics laboratory sectors as Material Master Data Management or a similar role
- Ideally a previous professional referenced experience within the healthcare/medical sector
- Ideally certified in any Agile Methodologies, and/or in Project Management (PMI, Prince 2, Hermès)
- Formal training in negotiation/facilitation skills is a plus
