Introduction

Unilabs is the largest provider of medical laboratory diagnostics for prescribers and hospitals in Switzerland and employs around 800 people.

Your Tasks

**General Mission**

Unilabs is performing several transformation projects to become the leader in diagnostics in Switzerland.
A key element is the Eos project, in which the entire order-to-cash process is to be redesigned at group level.
The role is for someone senior who can understand the current situation (AS-IS), lead a team to define the To-Be situation and help to drive the transformation project until successful completion.

Main responsibilities and tasks
- Be the main point of contact in the country for the EOS programme by providing progress reports on the overall programme, including each work stream.
- You will act as a liaison between the different stakeholders, internal and external operation, finance and IT people of different seniority level.
- Update country EOS programme plan in collaboration with EOS PMO
- Coordinate in country all updates, status and milestones across work streams
- Work with the programme team on relevant communications for the country
- Raise risks and issues with the programme team and help manage them
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing and/or find local testers
- Help plan and deliver the in country trainings if required
- The role requires a strong ability to facilitate business meeting, lead the team to define and deliver a new solution, and drive the necessary cultural change required by the transformation.

Your Profile

**Skills**
- Fluent in English, French and German
- 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role either in consulting or in a mid-size company of defining new processes and implementing them.
- Good knowledge in writing, managing user requirements and documenting business processes
- Used to working with strong methodologies and very well structured.
- Ability to organize, prioritize work, meet deadlines, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be comfortable in technology and software.
- Master’s degree or equivalent.
- Natural drive, energetic, and ability to win over people.
- Pragmatic, Hands-on, ability to deep dive to remove roadblocks
- High degree of initiative and ability to work independently.
