Aufgaben
- Projektmanagement und - optimierung (Du leitest selbständig Projekte, optimierst Prozesse und setzt die Änderungen um. Dabei wendest du die Software Jira sowie die SCRUM-Methodik an)
- Strategieentwicklung (Du unterstützt den Chief of Staff bei der Ausarbeitung von Strategien wie zb. bei Digitalisierung und Automatisierungen)
- Unterstützung bei Governance Themen (Du bereitest die Geschäftsleitungs
- und Führungsteamsitzungen und führst dabei Protokoll)

Qualifikation
- 0-2 Jahre Projektmanagement-Erfahrung, idealerweise in Beratung oder schnell wachsenden Start-ups
- Masterabschluss in Technik, Industrial Management, Wirtschaft, Analytics oder ähnlichem
- Fundiertes wirtschaftliches Verständnis und Kenntnisse in Unternehmensführung
- Stark in Stakeholder-Management und Analyse, mit Leidenschaft für effiziente Lösungen
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Jira
