**Project Manager 80 - 100% (m/w/d)**:

- Muri**Deine Aufgaben**
- Projektplanung (Ressourcen, Kosten, Aufgabenverteilung) und Projektabschluss (Kosten-Nutzen-Analysen / Rol)
- Monitoring und Controlling (Problemerfassung — Sofortmassnahmen — Langzeitmassnahmen) der Projekte
- Zusammenstellung, Entwicklung (Coaching) und fachliche Führung des Projektteams
- Leitung der Meetings (Projektteam, Meilenstein), Koordination aller Projektaktivitäten und regelmässige Abstimmungsgespräche mit dem Auftraggeber/Leitgremium
- Aktive Mitarbeit beim Optimieren von Prozessen, Arbeitsabläufen und Schnittstellen über den Organisationsbereich hinaus
- Erarbeitung von Inhalten zu Projektprogrammen und Portfolios

**Dein Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen Bereich, idealerweise im Maschinenbau
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position im Management von technischen Produktentwicklungsprojekten
- Versiert im Umgang mit MS Project und PS Power BI
- sehr gute Kommunikationsskills, um mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammenzuarbeiten
- Talent, die ganze Wertschöpfungskette von der Idee bis zur Produktion darzustellen
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
