**RETAIL DEVELOPMENT & PROJECT MANAGER 80%**:
IIC Retail ensures a unified INTERSPORT experience across various formats. As a Retail Development & Project Manager, you'll shape and execute initiatives, aligning them with group strategy and objectives. Working closely with national organizations and IIC functions, you'll drive adoption of retail initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project manage of retail strategic initiatives, as well as globally relevant retail & (cross-) department development initiatives (e.g. across sustainability, omnichannel) following the group and IIC Retail objectives
- Analyze and implement tools, as well as collaborating with external partners to support and drive (cross-) department initiatives
- Establish and set-up relationships to collaborate closely with group (cross-) departments within IIC and internationally, as well as external partners
- Track and report on departments project status and progress (timelines, resources, budgets)
- Support IIC Retail Team on communication on retail initiatives across all relevant channels internally and externally for both digitally and in-person meetings

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Proven experience in project management with the ability to plan, execute, oversee and report on projects, including data
- Conceptual, big picture thinking with the ability of connecting insights to draw conclusions
- Sound understanding of the retail industry and a customer-centric retail approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and networking skills to collaborate, maintain relationships and communicate with internal and external key interfaces internationally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with information/ data
- Strategic and open mindset to work in a fast-changing dynamic business environment
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity to meet the unique challenges of various markets and across Group functions
- Willingness to learn and improve knowledge to retail/ omnichannel related topics
- Willingness and able to travel internationally as required.
- Preferably a passion of sports and ability to pass the enthusiasm and motivation for excellence across the team and key interface

PROFESSIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
- Proven relevant experience in Omnichannel/ Retail functions
- Knowledge in Sustainability related topics in the scope of Retail a plus
- Industry: Consumer Good Retail - ideally in Sporting Goods, FMCG or apparel/ shoes/ fashion
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Organisation, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Project Management education/ background or proven work thereof
