In Switzerland, the GWS division provides technical, infrastructural and commercial facility management services for clients from various industries.For our growing Facility Management organization at a client in the Technology sector in Zürich (ZH) we are looking for aRegional Facilities Senior Manager 100%Your main tasks:
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients, especially in HQ Zurich. Drives client meetings and satisfaction
- Drive Operational control through Metrics/KPI Management
- Manages a full P&L and own analysis of variations and action planning
- Coordinates initiatives to achieve/exceed budget expectations at the site
- Coordinates, oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work. Reviews work orders to ensure that assignments are completed.
- Obtains and reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects
- Conducts financial/business analysis including preparation of reports.
- Requests purchase orders and manages correct procedures against services workflow
- Manages vendor relationships and trains vendors on work order and billing procedures. Responsible for invoice processing and accuracy of cost center coding.
- Manages capital projects. Prepares capital project and operating budget and variance reports.

Your profile:
- Fluency in written and spoken English language
- Minimum of four years of related experience and/or training. Associates degree or Bachelors degree preferred with focus on business, technical or management areas. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Advanced People Management skills with proven ability to develop teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.
- Excellent understanding of FM, M&E services and Projects in occupied environments
- Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.
