A Client facing team across Europe responsible for managing the servicing needs of clients and partnering with Distribution teams to build and retain client relationships.

We are currently seeking a Client Relations Associate based in Switzerland, responsible for Swiss intermediary client service and supporting on key European GFI and platform relationships

**Ongoing servicing and activities**
- Working in close partnership with Swiss sales team as the main day-to-day servicing interface between the Financial Intermediary Sales Teams and internal departments within CG.
- Ensure execution of agreed service levels requirements and review standards as appropriate.
- Coordinate with internal groups to answer operational, trade, investment, fee, regulatory, legal, tax and transaction cost related queries from clients and the Financial Intermediary Sales Teams.
- Coordinate client communications (regulatory, market driven, project outcomes, PM changes).
- Provide coordination and servicing support on the key GFI relationships in Switzerland and Europe, partner closely with the European Sales Team on these relationships.
- Ensure client reporting is set up correctly and monitor ongoing deliverables.
- Work with Client Operations Team to support the onboarding process for new clients and kick off new distributor process with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate negotiations on and Distribution Agreements (or maintenance) including SLAs.
- Liaise with RFP team to deliver annual DDQs to clients.
- Work alongside Team Manager and Specialists to deliver and support key projects and initiatives to align Client Relations with the EACG LT strategy.
- Stay up to speed on regulatory issues relevant to the local market
- Provide sales/relationship team visibility of client interactions.

**Meetings/external events**
- Support the client meeting cycle (logistics, presentation materials, coordinating back up, follow ups), attend and host meetings where relevant.
- Coordinate and host client service reviews and operational due diligence meetings.
- Attendance and visibility at CG hosted events, building strong in person relationships.
- Host meetings in other CG offices where relevant.

**Key skills and experience**
- Client focused mind-set, strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, local industry knowledge, problem solving skills, ability to influence stakeholders.
- Degree level qualification preferable.
