**Deine Verantwortung**
- Entwicklung kreativer Konzepte für Marketingkampagnen, einschliesslich Influencer Marketing, Ambassador Programme und Content Marketing
- Teamwork mit dem gesamten Team von Kingfluencers, um inspirierende Kundenangebote zu erstellen und Pitches zu gewinnen
- Erstellung von ansprechenden Kundenpräsentationen, Briefings und Berichten
- Unterstützung bei strategischen Projekten inklusive Research und Benchmarking, um unsere Kunden und ihre Branchen zu verstehen
- Leitung des kreativen Prozesses vom Kick-off-Meeting bis zum Abschluss
- Zusammenarbeit mit Beratungs
- und Marketing Teams
- Recherche und Schulung rund um neue Plattformen wie TikTok, Twitch und Meta

**Bevorzugte Fähigkeiten**
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung mit Konzepten, Strategien, Kommunikationsplänen und/oder der Entwicklung kreativer Lösungen
- Verständnis von Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing und Kampagnenprozessen und Kanäle (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Interesse an kreativen Projekten und unkonventionellen Ideen
- Eloquenter und sicherer Schreibstil
- Grafikdesign Fähigkeiten sind ein grosses Plus
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe

**Deine Qualifikationen**
- Bachelor-/Master in Kommunikation oder Marketing von Vorteil
- Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher ist zwingend
