Responsabilités
- Inspecter (dimensionnellement & visuellement) les implants, les composants et les matières premières selon les spécifications pour assurer la conformité des produits
- Effectuer l'inspection documentaire conformément aux bonnes pratiques de documentation
- Effectuer les activités de libération finale selon les exigences applicables afin d'assurer la conformité du produit
- Effectuer les inspections en cours de production selon la certification des opérateurs de production
- Initier les non-conformités selon les exigences applicables
- Vérifier que les résultats de rework soient complétés conformément aux exigences applicables
- Traiter les non-conformités, l'identification et la mise en quarantaine du produit
- Sensibiliser en expliquant et en garantissant les bonnes pratiques de documentation et de fabrication
- Participer aux validations de produits ou équipements (participation à la définition des méthodes d'inspection, inspections FAI )
- Archiver les DHR (Device History Records) selon les exigences applicables
- Effectuer différents audits QC dans l'atelier

**Qualifications**:

- CFC mécanique ou équivalent
- Expérience en contrôle qualité, de préférence dans l'industrie médicale
- Excellente capacité à lire et interpréter les dessins techniques (GD&T) et être à l’aise avec les équipements de contrôle: jauges, micromètres, comparateurs, projecteurs de profil, CMM (appareil de mesure 3D utilisé)
- Connaissance de l'assurance qualité et des réglementations dans l'industrie des dispositifs médicaux
- Connaissance des outils logiciels tels que Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office
- Solides compétences en communication, travail d'équipe
- Établir une bonne collaboration avec les autres départements: production, ingénierie, planification, approvisionnement et logistique, etc.
- Prioriser et maintenir sous contrôle les activités quotidiennes
- Demeurer flexible selon fluctuation des activités
- Excellente acuité visuelle
