Dans le cadre de notre croissance et afin de compléter notre effectif de TeamWork Genève, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) **Cloud Transformation Leader**.

**VOS MISSIONS**

Dans le cadre de l’évolution des infrastructures vers les solutions Cloud, TeamWork renforce ses effectifs Cloud avec la recherche d’un profil Cloud Business Development. Ce profil collaborera avec nos équipes d’expert, participera à la pratique Cloud du groupe TeamWork afin de proposer les stratégies d’enablement du Cloud chez nos clients.
- Evaluer les coûts directs et indirects de chaque projet et mesurer la performance économique et financière de chaque projet de transformation.
- Mesurer et communiquer les impacts et gains effectifs en termes de Time-to-Market, ROI et réduction / contrôle des coûts.
- Piloter les risques, les opportunités et menaces de projets de transformation IT (automatisation, robotisation, cloudification, SRE, IA,)
- Participer activement à transférer une culture projet et transformation au sein de l’organisation de nos clients, véritable architecte de la gestion du changement et de la performance IT.
- Découvrir et structurer les nouvelles tendances IT du marché, de manière agnostique, en démontrant une réelle capacité à vulgariser des nouveaux concepts d’organisation ou d’outils.
- Participer activement à la practice Cloud du groupe, collaborer avec les équipes d’architecture et de production à la mise en oeuvre de projets de Cloud.
- Réaliser des missions de design, participer aux avant-ventes, et également à la réalisation de missions d’audit, d’expertise technique.

**COMPETENCES**
- 2 à 3 années d’expérience en tant que Cloud Business Development ou Cloud Solution Architect
- Forte connaissance des offres et acteur majeurs du Cloud
- Forte capacité de rédaction et communication
- Bonne compétence technique
- Bonne capacité à prospecter et identifier les opportunités de transformation Cloud des clients
- Accompagnement et mise en place de la stratégie Cloud des clients
- Connaissance de l’écosystème SAP est un plus
